Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Refund Policy: All spiritual services are considered a “Service” (time and expertise) rather than a “Good.” Payments are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel. Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
No Guarantees: While Vicki strives for accuracy, she cannot guarantee that a specific spirit or guide will come through, nor can she guarantee specific life outcomes.
Confidentiality: Everything revealed during a reading is kept 100% confidential, unless a situation is deemed life-threatening to yourself or others.
Scope of Practice: Vicki does not diagnose illnesses, prescribe treatments, or provide fortune-telling.
Right to Terminate: Vicki reserves the right to end any session if it is deemed in the best interest of either party.
